The Country Nurse

Set against the backdrop of 1937 and the outbreak of war in 1939, this story follows Tilly Truscott as she trains to become a nurse and forms new friendships, while her nephew Ronnie pursues his dream of becoming a pilot. As war intensifies, both face life-threatening challenges in France and North Africa, prompting them to summon great courage in the face of adversity and separation.
