Gumbeaux

A young, sheltered heiress seeking escape from her troubled past moves from Washington, D.C. to New Orleans, where she experiences new freedom and the challenges of adapting to a different culture. Working as a waitress at a Cajun restaurant, she encounters a series of humorous misadventures that leave a lasting impression on her.
