The Island

Winner of the Southern Schools Book Award 2019, this story follows Link, a fish out of water who struggles to adapt to the traditions of Osney School after moving from America. As he faces teasing and challenges, including a demanding school trip with fellow students he tolerates even less, he discovers that under pressure, everyone’s true nature is revealed.
