The Three Languages

This story follows a count's son who, despite being sent to renowned teachers, claims to understand the sounds of animals such as dogs, birds, and frogs. His perceived uselessness leads his father to order his death, but his attendants, sympathizing with him, instead bring back proof of his supposed demise. The narrative explores themes of communication, misunderstanding, and compassion.
