Who Is Willing

Alysha Forrest begins her new role as the Songlance's lieutenant, working closely with water environment crewmembers including mermaid-like Naysha and alien Platies. While most of the crew welcome her, she faces ongoing tension with ensign Mike Beringwaite, whose past actions threaten their ability to work together. As they confront a critical water environment issue, Alysha must navigate trust, forgiveness, and teamwork to prevent disaster.
