Prince Richard is cursed to answer only truthfully when called upon by an evil queen using a magic mirror, leading him to wander the countryside to avoid revealing secrets. Meanwhile, Gretchen, a small and teased girl, embarks on a journey to find a hidden farm of little people, where she meets new friends and finds kindness. Their stories intertwine when Gretchen offers shelter to a runaway princess, and Richard falls in love with her, setting off a quest to break the mirror’s spell before danger catches up.
