After the destruction of the terrible Serpent M'gulfn, Earth faces a new threat unleashed by its demise. Melkavesh, daughter of Ashurek and Silvren, journeys to Gorethria with the goal of harnessing the chaotic power of sorcery for good, while resisting the dark allure of her own birthright. Confronted with the usurper Xaedrek, who has seized control of Gorethria and is wielding his twisted magic, she must find the strength to oppose him and protect Earth.
