All the Sullivans are good cops, and the last—the only girl—Kay Sullivan Lynch, is determined to prove herself on the Chicago Police Department after her return from widowhood. As she works to solve a baffling series of murders involving Santa collectors, she teams up with Captain Flynn Dowd, who understands her struggles and shares her commitment. Amidst the race to catch the killer, tension builds as personal feelings develop, challenging Kay's priorities between her family and her new relationship.
