Elfrid's Hole

After awakening from a coma, aspiring novelist Jake Conley discovers he has developed synaesthesia and psychic powers, which lead him to investigate the legendary Northumbrian king Aldfrith. As his research takes him to a haunted site in North Yorkshire, Jake finds himself entangled in a series of deadly paranormal events and becomes a suspect. With hostility from the authorities, he must work to clear his name and resolve a centuries-old torment.
