Daughter of the Tide

Set in 1939 on a remote Hebridean isle, this romantic saga follows Minn Macfee, the daughter of a cottar, and Ewan Mackinnon, the Minister’s son, whose lives intertwine tragically after a drowning incident. As they grow apart, their paths are destined to cross again just before Ewan departs for France with the Special Boat Squadron. Despite their deepening connection, shaped by love, tragedy, and familial disapproval, fate continually intervenes, leaving their relationship in question as the clouds of war loom overhead.
