The Pineapple Loving Dragon

In the second book of the Magical Chapters trilogy, a young boy is believed to be in danger from mountain dragons, which are typically seen as menacing creatures. Unlike others, Daisy, a gentle and vegetarian dragon, is secretly protected by a young witch named Paige and an orphan named Luke, who know her true nature.
