After waking up with new sight and hearing on a massive space station inhabited by intelligent lizards and birds, Tam finds herself navigating a world vastly different from her life as a waitress and community college student. Confronted with a diverse community and unexpected challenges, she must stay vigilant to uncover those responsible for her predicament and find a way back home.
