Always in My Heart

Brenda Stuart returns home devastated by her husband's death amid accusations related to her wartime experiences, including her internment in France. Her life is further complicated by the separation from her son and the challenges faced by her sister-in-law, Prue, who is in love with an Italian POW and hopes to marry him despite societal disapproval. Together, the two women support each other in trying to overcome their hardships and rebuild their lives, even attempting to start a business amidst the difficulties.
