A Cold Dark Place

Former CIA assassin Alex Parker works for a secret government organization dedicated to stopping dangerous criminals before they reach justice, but his world is upended when a rookie FBI agent, Mallory Rooney, begins to investigate a serial killer and suspects a vigilante operating outside the law.
