Taren, a brilliant researcher studying genetics, quantum physics, and ESP at Maladaan University, uncovers a theory about an inter-dimensional ocean of vibrations connecting everything in the universe. Her discoveries and hidden psychic talents attract the attention of the prestigious AMIE space project, which sends her to explore an ocean planet with strange light phenomena. As she investigates, she begins to suspect that there may be conflicting agendas within the organization.
