The Clock Strikes Twelve

Miss Silver is called upon to investigate the murder of British industrialist James Paradine, whose household is marked by petty jealousies and unresolved tensions. After valuable plans are stolen, Paradine confronts the potential culprit, but meets his own death before the situation is resolved. As the local authorities find themselves puzzled, it is up to detective Maud Silver to uncover the true motives behind the crime.
