When San Francisco Homicide Detective Marty O'Bannon seeks help investigating a series of savage, linked murders, FBI Agent Zack Tolliver is called upon to assist. Due to a prior commitment on the Navajo Indian Reservation, Tolliver dispatches his mentor, Eagle Feather, to uncover crucial clues—clues that ultimately lead Tolliver back into a dangerous case where everything is not exactly what it seems.
