When a seemingly simple shipment arrives in Miami, agents Jake Sullivan and Mike Lang discover a dangerous smuggling operation involving nuclear weapons. Tasked by the President to track down the terrorists behind the threat, they follow a series of leads that take them into the Arizona desert.
