At Summer Camp, Josh and Danny face an unexpected challenge when the quirky new camp counselor, Mad Scientist Petty Potts, arrives with mysterious bottles of serum that can transform them into amphibians. Although they try to steer clear of her SWITCH formula, they quickly realize they must seek her help when their friend Pippa is in danger.
