Danny finds himself trapped in Leria, a magical realm created for sorcerers, where four kingdoms are under authoritarian rule. Having narrowly escaped back to his own world, he faces the question of whether to risk everything to return and aid an ally in need. As he uncovers clues about his mysterious magical heritage, he also explores his family’s hidden history and his connection to his long-deceased father.
