Lil Reed travels to LA for what she expects will be a romantic connection but soon finds herself dealing with a distant and guarded Grey Richards, a Hollywood star she initially admires from afar. Despite their differences and initial inclinations, a series of threats bring them closer together, testing their perceptions and feelings. As Grey wrestles with his desire to protect Lil, he grapples with whether he can open his heart beyond the glitz and gossip.
