Sleipnir's Heart

After crashing on an alien planet 15,000 years ago and believing his friend, the living spaceship Sleipnir, was destroyed, the protagonist receives a mysterious signal he's been tracking for nine years. This leads him back to Romania, to a mountain tied to his past, and possibly to the legendary being who once saved his life.
