Emerald City

Emerald City is a sharp, humorous play by David Williamson that explores the competitive worlds of film and publishing through the story of a married couple, Colin, a screenwriter, and Kate, a publisher, as they navigate the allure of success in the city. Combining satire with insights into contemporary urban life, the play offers a clever reflection on ambition, fame, and the unpredictable surprises that come with chasing dreams.
