Oh Puck!

Retired hockey player Jeffery "Ice" Zamboni encounters the afterlife, where he is given a choice to stay with his late uncle or help his childhood friend Sheri, who is in danger, before being reborn as a six-pound Chihuahua. Navigating his new form and communicating with Sheri's cat Cleo, Ice must use his charm and wit to protect Sheri and uncover the danger she faces.
