ATF Special Agent Eric Miller and his explosives-detecting K-9, Tiger, find themselves entangled in a dangerous situation when they pull over a truck loaded with explosives, driven by the brother of a woman from Eric's past, Tess McTavish. Despite their unresolved history, Eric is driven by a quest for revenge against a man linked to a deadly explosion, while trying to protect Tess and her brother, who are innocent.
