Dave at Night

Set in 1926, this story follows Dave, a resilient boy who finds himself at the Hebrew Home for Boys after the death of his father and rejection by his stepmother. Known as Hell Hold for Brats, the Home is the last place anyone would want to live, and Dave is determined to escape if he can. However, life at the Home presents unexpected challenges that test his toughness and resolve.
