The Secret History of the Mantle of Jesus Christ

This novel explores the significance of “The Mantle,” the cloth that covered Jesus' head in death, through alternating chapters set in both the past and present. The story features the gospel writer Saint John as a heroic figure in history and follows Dr. John Mark Hopkins, a college dean and professor, in the present day as he inherits the mantle from his grandfather, a Free Mason. Together, their narratives weave a tapestry of faith, legacy, and discovery.
