Once a feared guardian of the land, a formidable figure stands vigil over a deserted field, feeling betrayed by the new farm owner who seems to bring only ruin. Determined to reclaim what he believes is rightfully his, he plans to scare her away, but his resolve is challenged when she faces a deadly attack by crows and seeks his help.
