When weapons-grade nuclear materials reappear from the Cold War era in a North African city, former CSIS agent Dalton Drake is hired to track down those responsible. Working alongside international agencies, he races across the Mediterranean to intercept terrorists aboard a stolen cargo ship before their deadly plan unfolds.
