Beowulf

In this classic tale, Beowulf, a valiant hero from the Geats, offers his strength to help Hrothgar, the Danish king, whose great hall, Heorot, is under the threat of the fearsome monster Grendel. After defeating Grendel with his bare hands and vanquishing the creature's vengeful mother using a magical sword, Beowulf later ascends to the throne of the Geats. However, his reign is challenged once more when a dragon begins terrorizing his kingdom, driven by a theft from its treasure hoard.
