Chain Reaction

In this seventh installment of the Lucinda Pierce Mysteries, homicide investigator Lucinda is called to investigate a deadly bomb explosion at a high school, but her efforts are interrupted when the FBI and Homeland Security take over the case. Despite their focus on terrorism, Lucinda remains convinced there's a different explanation and continues her own investigation alongside FBI agent Jake Lovett. As new evidence emerges, she questions whether the agencies will ever acknowledge her suspicions and let her pursue the truth.
