Stellaluna

Stellaluna, a young fruit bat, finds herself separated from her mother after an attack by an owl and is taken in by a family of birds. As she adjusts to her new environment, Stellaluna encounters challenges that highlight her differences from her avian family. Ultimately, she reunites with her own family and discovers the common bond they share despite their differences.
