Brooke Fairfax, now director of the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security, faces her toughest challenge yet when a widespread power grid failure plunges Kentucky’s largest city into chaos, overwhelming emergency services and testing her leadership. As she works to restore order, she also uncovers threats from cyber terrorists aiming to cripple the Eastern Seaboard's infrastructure.
