Promised Vow

In "Promised Vow," a young woman returns to her hometown of Kither Springs to assist her sister with her newborn but finds herself in a tight housing market due to the town's newfound popularity. Desperate for an apartment, she offers to room with Ryker, an attractive classmate, but when the landlady insists on renting only to couples, they impulsively pretend to be engaged.
