John Kiramis is a retired police lieutenant and former Mayor of Foster City, California, who spent 31 years in law enforcement. A San Francisco native, he holds a degree in rhetoric and sociology from the Jesuit University of San Francisco and cherishes early memories of various jobs, including collecting pop bottles and caddying at the Olympic Club. Currently residing in Los Angeles with his wife and their cats, Kiramis views writing as a complex narrative exploring the depths of human experience through interconnected events.
