Royalties

"Royalties" is a multi-generational story that follows the intertwined lives of two immigrant families as they rise from humble beginnings to Hollywood’s golden age, exploring themes of struggle, sacrifice, and love. Beginning in 1908 with Eve Solomon’s journey from orphan to aspiring concert pianist, the novel traces her pursuits and challenges across cities and decades. Inspired by the legacies of Groucho Marx and Gus Kahn, Andy Marx weaves a richly detailed fictional saga filled with romance, family trials, and personal triumphs.
