Sayla Kroft's main goals are to secure a district grant to rebuild her high school's theater and to avoid her playful coworker, Dexter Michaels, who seeks the same funds for the gym. When circumstances force them to work closely together and switch roles, she begins to see him in a new light, complicating her pursuit of victory.
