In the quaint village of Rudge-in-the-Vale, peace is shattered by a fierce rivalry between the irritable Colonel Wyvern and the miserly Squire Lester Carmody. Complications arise when the scheming Chimp Twist launches a health farm and teams up with Soapy and Dolly Molloy to orchestrate a fake burglary aimed at defrauding Lester’s insurance.
