Building a Team

When Luis joins the Manatees baseball team, he faces a daunting challenge as his new teammates struggle with teamwork and sportsmanship. Initially feeling out of place, he unexpectedly becomes the team's captain, thrusting him into a leadership role that presents its own set of difficulties. As he navigates the dynamics of his eclectic teammates—including the overly competitive Jimmie—Luis must find a way to unite them and foster a spirit of collaboration.
