The Transfer

Detective Reed Mattox and his K-9 partner Billie are called to investigate the mysterious death of a young Amish woman, whose body is discovered after heavy rains cause a dam to release water from Lake Edsell. The case is complicated by the victim’s isolated community, which leaves investigators with few leads and no current identification. As they delve into the case, Reed and Billie face the challenge of uncovering secrets hidden within a close-knit, insular population, all while confronting their own sense of vulnerability.
