Jon Mills and his friends Craig and Mitch are typical college sophomores who, after a mischievous panty raid during Greek rush, find themselves caught by sorority president Delilah Monroe. Instead of punishment, Delilah introduces them to the magical world of the Gender Swap Sisterhood, transforming them into Jenna, Carly, and Mia—three alluring coeds. With only two weeks to adjust to their new identities and succeed in sorority life, the trio must navigate the challenges of their femininity while dealing with newfound desires. Their journey becomes a comedic exploration of gender roles and self-discovery under the looming possibility of being stuck as girls forever.
