Diver's Paradise

After 25 years on the force, Detective Roscoe Conklin moves to Bonaire for a peaceful life, only to be pulled back into investigation when his longtime friend is murdered. Working remotely from the island, he faces slow progress from authorities and questions the circumstances surrounding a hospital mishap involving his partner, Arabella.
