Ben Marcus finds himself stranded in Central Ohio after a mysterious blackout disables nearly all electronic devices across America. As he makes his way back toward his family and friends, he discovers they have already left Ohio, prompting him to continue his journey home. Facing ongoing conflicts both on the road and at home, he must navigate ongoing challenges to reach his destination.
