Logan Lamont travels to Edinburgh to focus on his medical studies, hoping distance will ease his feelings for Emma, a woman he considers just a friend. During a geocaching adventure, he intervenes to protect Emma from a rock slide, resulting in him falling into a loch and losing his memory of everyone he knows.
