Synthetic Uprising

Set in a future where humanity has abandoned Earth and created free synthetic humanoids, the story follows Bernie Logan, a synthetic stage magician, as he grapples with personal loss. When his love disappears and a suspicious death occurs, detective Noah Carver is brought in to investigate, leading them into a complex conspiracy that could threaten all life on their colony and beyond.
