The Dartmoor Girl

Set in Dartmoor in 1952, this story follows fifteen-year-old Lily Hayes as she confronts difficult family secrets after losing her mother, choosing between a children’s home and living with her estranged father. Despite her father Sidney’s initial gloom and temper, Lily is determined to uncover her family’s history and find her own happiness.
