Drums of Change

Running Fawn, a member of the Blackfoot tribe, has spent her life in the peaceful mountains and plains until the arrival of white settlers and the resulting upheaval forces her tribe onto a reservation. Alongside Silver Fox, the chief's son, she is sent to a mission school in Calgary, where she encounters unfamiliar customs and beliefs, including the Christian faith. As she navigates these new experiences, she faces questions about her spiritual beliefs and her future, offering a glimpse into her changing world.
