In the Shadow of the Towers

In the Shadow of the Towers is an anthology curated by Douglas Lain that collects nearly 20 speculative fiction works inspired by the events of 9/11. Featuring contributions from renowned authors like Jeff VanderMeer and Cory Doctorow, this collection delves into themes of politics, morality, and nostalgia, exploring how fiction can provide insight into our responses to tragedy. Each story invites reflection on the enduring human spirit and the complex question of how to continue dreaming in the aftermath of such profound loss.
