The Jaguar

"The Jaguar" by Sarah Holland-Batt is a powerful and humane poetry collection that explores themes of mortality, grief, and the enduring human spirit through the personal lens of a father's Parkinson's disease and a daughter's experience of loss. Marked by lyrical intensity and linguistic mastery, the poems challenge readers to confront the body’s resilience and the act of bear witness as a form of love.
