Mitchell Daniels, also known as MD, comes from Memphis and has a complex background rooted in his family's contrasting history—his mother from a distinguished suburban family and his father, Xavier, a notorious Memphis gangster. After gaining street notoriety himself, MD eventually seeks to leave that life behind and build a successful new career. However, his past resurfaces, threatening his hard-earned future and challenging his ability to stay on his new path.
